What about Shipping?
The cost of shipping anywhere in Canada or the continental United States of America is included in the price. Canadian GST will be added to the price during checkout for orders shipped within Canada. Buyers from the USA, or elsewhere, are responsible for any duties and taxes required for products shipped from Canada.
My Item Arrived
Damaged. What do I do?
If the packaging or product is obviously damaged when you receive it, please make a claim with the shipper immediately. Please contact me as soon as possible. My goal is to make your transaction as smooth as possible. If there is anything I can do on my end to help out, I will.
Is there a Warranty?
All products are warranteed for one year. The warranty will cover any failure of the product that occurs during normal use for one year. Intentional misuse will not be covered. For example; wood products and dishwashers are not a good mix. Should you have a problem with any of your purchases please contact me and we can work out what would be best for you.
Repairs
Many wood products can be refinished or repaired if required. For instance, end grain cutting boards can be resurfaced. Resurfacing an end grain cutting board should not be required for many, many years if properly maintained. A good local workshop should be able to handle any repairs. Alterrnatively the product can be returned to Luv of Wood and it will be repaired at cost, plus whatever the return shipping is.
